Profile

After working as a designer for over a decade, I’ve covered a lot of bases! Working for a design studio, in house for a charity and as a freelancer.

I have a wealth of experience working in both print and digital design across a variety of sectors, as well as a Masters degree in design from Wrexham university. Okay, that’s the boring bit done.

As a designer, and especially as a printmaker, I take a lot of inspiration from the Bauhaus school, Ellsworth Kelly and the Memphis Group. The interplay of geometric shapes and colour are the building blocks of great design in my opinion.

Printmaking is something I take great pride in and all my prints feel very much a part of me. I love sending them out into the world, knowing people will enjoy them for years to come!

I’m currently based in Hebden Bridge where I seek regular inspiration from the natural world and community around me.

Kind Words

"Daniel helped us produce a new set of flyers for our business. We are delighted with the end product and were really happy with the experience of. He took the time to listen carefully and brought creativity and ingenuity to the design process. He was exceptionally patient, making sure the end product was something we were genuinely happy with."
